Delhi to Amritsar by Train

This morning you will be transferred to New Delhi railway station to board the train to Amritsar. Train No. 2029 Swarn Shatabdi departure from New Delhi at 07:20 hrs arriving Amritsar at 13:15 hrs. On arrival pick up and transfer to hotel. This afternoon visit Sri Harmandir Sahib popularly known as Golden Temple. It Golden Temple with its four entrance doors called Deoris and artistic shrines that display architectural splendor is the holiest shrine of the Sikh religion in the country. The gold covered sanctum casting its reflection in the holy tank, the spotless marble walkways and pavements are the highlights of this Gurudwara.

Visit to Bagha Border

This Morning after breakfast visit the Golden Temple once again and take a holy bath in Amrit Sarovar. Golden Temple is surrounded by this pool of water which is known as AMRIT SAROVAR (AMRIT: A drink which is supposed to make a person immortal) and is known for its amazing curing properties. Devotees take a bath here before entering the sanctorum. Later proceed to Bagha Border. It is a place which is around 47km away from the Amritsar city. It is the last destination of the Indian border in Amritsar. On every evening at 18.00 hrs the parade takes place between the soldiers of India & Pakistan. It is a stunning moment to see the soldiers in such a great enthusiasm & respect to each other countries. Daily around 3000 to 4000 viewers visit Bagha Border to see this magnificent parade. Return to your hotel to stay overnight.

Amritsar to Delhi by Train

This morning you will be transferred to Amritsar railway station to board the train to Delhi. Train No. 2014 Amritsar Shatabdi departure from Amritsar at 05:10 hrs arriving New Delhi at 11:10 hrs.
